Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Clinical massage or Soft Tissue Massage are essentially the same treatment just by a different name.

It involves the manipulation of the soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia) of the body, focusing on the areas of the body that are in need of treatment but always treating the body holistically as a whole.
